I have an efficiency in Greater Kailash 2 that I would like to sublet for a 2 month period...any 2 month time-frame beginning 26 November 2011 through 15 March 2012. It is walking distance to bus/taxi stops, market and parks. Furnished and use of dishes and linens is available. Kitchenette with stove, fridge and washing machine included. Western style bathroom. Gated complex and landlord on premises for security. I an asking Rs 15000 a month plus a month security that will be returned on the last day of stay.
